What type of custom portraits do you offer?
How do I order a portrait?
You can order a portrait in the Shop section click here and after that we can talk through all the details and your wishes. Or first by contacting me through the email: muistostudio@gmail.com with your pet’s photos and preferred format details and then I can explain how to purchase a portrait.
What original artworks are available?
Original canvas artworks include a variety of pet and nature themed, imaginative pieces, each unique and ready to be shipped to you.
How long does it takes to make one portrait?
As these are custom portraits, times vary, digital portraits are quicker about 2-5 days, while physical pet portraits takes longer, about 1-3 weeks (depends on how many pets are in the portrait)and because of the process of preparing the canvas, painting them, completely drying, packaging and then shipping.
Can I request revisions?
Yes, I offer few revisions to the pet portraits to ensure your custom portrait meets your expectations before finalizing, if you want to keep it as surprise, it´s also possible.
Are you shipping worldwide?
Yes, shipping worldwide is possible. I am located in Finland, so the shipment to local, Baltic, EU countries, UK, Canada, Australia, USA and other countries not mentioned here, are possible. I create custom pet portraits available in both digital and physical. Digital portraits are send to your e-mail after completion as PNG files.Physical portraits are made with an acrylic paints on the canvas or on the archival paper. (your choice)
I don't accept returns, as every portrait is a custom made and physical portraits are packaged as safely as possible for the delivery. For any problems or questions regarding packaging contact me as soon as possible muistostudio@gmail.com
